This is a great prank to play on your friends or co-workers. Just put this file in their start up directory or run it when they are not looking. Mice will run around their screen and their cursor will turn into crosshairs. The only thing you can do is shoot at the mice until you hit one. Then he will get mad and bring out the shut down box, and he will hit the button and shut down windows. The DOS prompt is a fake one and hitting any key will restore their system. It scares a lot of people though.
