Opponent Maker for Eaglerock Strip Poker Deluxe

ER-TOOL1 is a DOS command line utility to make Eagle Rock strip poker opponent files. Using this tool you can make any series of pictures into playable opponents or .OPN files. This file also includes a DJPEG program so you can use smaller and more common .JPG format picture files instead of the required .BMP files.
This program is easy to use but requires that you be comfortable working at a DOS command prompt:
